Yes, we offer attractive group discounts! For organizations sending 3 or more delegates:

  • 6-10 delegates: 1,799€ per ticket
  • 11+ delegates: Custom pricing available

4. Can I transfer my ticket to a colleague if I cannot attend?

Yes, ticket transfers are permitted. If your travel plans change, you can allocate your ticket to a colleague from the same organization. The process is simple:

  • Notify us at least 7 days before the conference
  • Provide the new attendee's details (name, job title, email)
  • We'll update our records and send the new attendee their confirmation

  • Less than 30 days before event: No refund, but ticket can be transferred

Force Majeure Policy: In case of unforeseen circumstances preventing the event (pandemic, natural disasters, government restrictions), we offer:
